filled with squares, fountains, statues and monuments that have kept tourists coming back for centuries. On this tour you will discover the heart of the Eternal City of Rome, and it is the best and easiest way to cover all of the must see sights in the historic centre. Begin by meeting your guide in Piazza Venezia in the center of the city with a stunning view of the Vittoriano (Altar of Peace).  Next it’s on to Largo Argentina, the famous site of the assassination of Julius Caesar, before walking to Piazza Navona to see the beautiful Baroque fountains by Bernini, the center fountain was even featured in the Tom Hanks film “Angels and Demons”.  From here we go to the Pantheon, still in use since its construction in the 2nd century AD, then we continue our walk to the Trevi Fountain to marvel in its beauty and toss in a coin according to the Roman tradition. Finally we end our tour in Piazza Spagna at the foot of the gorgeous Spanish Steps, made famous by film and literature throughout the world.
