All tickets and reservation fees are included in the price of the tours we offer.
The meeting point for your tour will be included in the confirmation email that will be sent to you when you book the tour.
You should arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start time of the tour.

Your guide or our tour manager will be at the meeting point holding a sign with Roman Vacations printed on it for you to find them easily.
While most of our tours are not wheelchair accessible due to restrictions at most sites, we do offer the Grand Customer Service Tour in which we can accommodate all of your wheelchair and other needs.
Strollers are permitted on some but not all of our tours. At some sights strollers are not permitted inside and on others we do not recommend that you bring a stroller. If you wish to bring a stroller please get in touch with us and we will work with you to arrange an alternative.
Unfortunately all of the tickets for our tours are purchased in advance and we cannot accept the RomaPass.
Most of our tours run “rain or shine” with a few exceptions such as the beach or amusement park family tours. Please note the details in your confirmation email to determine if your tour will still go on in the rain.
There is only a dress code for tours that enter Basilicas and Churches. Shoulders and legs above the knee must be covered. Even in the summer you should wear long skirts or pants and bring a scarf to cover bare shoulders while inside the churches on your tour.
Yes, photos are allowed on our tours, with small exceptions in certain churches (rules are posted upon entry into each church). We also like to give you extra time to take photos and make your tour extra special.
While we do not need your printed voucher in order to check you in to the tour (the pdf or email on your smartphone is acceptable), we highly recommend printing your confirmation voucher as it includes maps and info to find the meeting point.

If we have remaining space we are happy to accommodate last minute bookings. If you don’t see availability for the tour you are looking for, please give us a call and we will be happy to find you a booking over the phone whenever possible, space permitting.
