EXTENSION OF THE STATE OF EMERGENCY

The Italian Government has decided to extend the “State of Emergency” from October 15th, 2020 to January 31st, 2021. This allows the executive branch to follow quicker decree procedures than usually allowed under normal circumstances. This is the second time that the State of Emergency has been extended,  since originally it was set to end on July 31st, 2020.
