Covid-19 Italy and Australia travel

Covid-19 Info for Australians and New Zealanders

Unfortunately, at this time recreational international travel for Australians is not permitted due to Covid-19 related restrictions set forth by the Australian government.

Be aware that if you are granted an exemption from the “Australian permanent residents and citizens” travel ban, should you return to Australia from Italy, you will be obligated to undergo a 14 day self-isolated quarantine.

Similarly, for New Zealanders at the present moment in time the NZ government does not advise recreational international travel. While it is possible to leave New Zealand without special permission, many travellers are experiencing great difficulty in returning home. It is also worth noting that regular flights from Europe to Australia and New Zealand in this period are very limited and subject to cancellation or change.

Australians can find more information at www.smartraveller.gov.au

New Zealanders can find more information at safetravel.govt.nz/covid-19-coronavirus

We look forward to welcoming travellers from both Australia and New Zealand as soon as possible. Stay tuned for regular updates.
