the Colosseum with Arena Floor access along with the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.  With this extra small group tour, you will go with your expert tour guide directly inside the Colosseum before all of the crowds of people arrive.  We begin at 9am for the best atmosphere in the area of Ancient Rome and the excavated ruins.  You will first visit the Colosseum and walk out onto the partially reconsructed arena floor before following your guide to the next level up to get photos and views from the spectator area.  Then you will go with your guide into the Roman Forum to see the temples and important archeological ruins from the downtown city of Ancient Rome.  Then take a leisurely climb up the Palatine Hill where you can walk in the footsteps of the Emperors.  Full of the remains of Imperial Palaces, this is one of the dmost serene areas in Ancient Rome.
